Audio Dojo was Established in 2010 in Queens, NYC, by Promax award winning audio mixer, sound designer, composer, sound recordist Chris Liang who brings extensive experience in both film and television.
Feature films / documentaries credentials include Bodies Bodies Bodies, Keeper of The Bay, Scream of My Blood: A Gogol Bordello Story, A Rally For Rangers, Blueberry, Reopening Night, Dead Pigs, Hold The Dark, Before I Go, What She Said, Fire In Water, 93Queen, In Case of Emergency, Over Oceans, Myanmar: Bridges to Change, Aggie, Suicide Killers, Kiss Me Again and more. These critically acclaimed films were featured at Sundance, SXSW, Tribeca, Bushwick, Telluride, BANFF and Queens World Film Festivals.
For Network Television, Audio Dojo sound edited History Channel‘s Critically Acclaimed Doc Series, FDR and mixed Nicktoons, Alien Dawn, Discovery’s Jailhouse Redemption, Monster Truck show, Dirty Mudder Truckers, TLC‘s, Long Island Medium and more.
As a production sound recordist for documentaries, Chris has recorded Chris Rock and Alicia Keys and his commercial recording portfolio include Sprint, Reebok, and Shiseido.
A graduate of Berklee College of Music, Chris is also a professional musican/producer/music programmer and plays bass, guitar and cello. His current electronic/post-punk band X: THC, is making a difference with album proceeds going to various charities. X: The human Condition has been featured in electronic music compilations and scored the opening theme to “Las Trampas Del Deseo.” You can also find Chris (ninjaboy) on spotify with the likes of Ronin, Ruthless Heroes, Kodomo and Apeanaut.
